When the Strong National Museum of Play decided to rebrand, they turned to IDS for a solution that enhanced their position as a national museum of significant importance yet gave a joyous resonance to their position as a center of childhood and play.
Strategy
Develop a visual concept on the building structure. Test new materials and lighting technologies that will be employed in the sign with the client.
Approach
Through a comprehensive design development process, IDS designed and developed an LED illuminated sign solution that made the best use of sophisticated LED technology and ground breaking acrylic material to provide a solution that captured this design brief in a creative yet timeless sign solution that will grow with the museum as it continues to evolve.
